(1) The jailer should make good provision of food for the health of the inmates or detainees of the jail.
(2) In the places where prisoners or detainees are kept inside the prison, the toilets, urinals, and the urinals should be cleaned daily by the cleaners, chame breakers, and sprinkled with lime, fennel, potash, etc.
(3) For the sake of the health of the inmates or detainees of the prison, there may be arrangements for two different types of recreational sports in the prison so that no kind of betting is allowed.
